The Sufi poet Rumi once said, “your task is not to seek love, but to merely seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” This quote captures perfectly what The Path of the Heart seminar is all about. We provide a fun, interactive, and safe space for you to let go of all the barriers you’ve built against love. These barriers are keeping you from feeling more connected to yourself, others, and life.

During our time together, you’ll learn and experience a new set of tools, spiritual practices, and group processes. They will help you access the unlimited inner resources of love, wisdom, and power available through your heart.

What Makes This Seminar Different?
What makes this seminar different from others is its primary focus on exploring the role that human emotions, energetic attractor fields, and the science of heart coherence play in helping us restore the natural harmony between body, mind, heart, and spirit. Music will be an integral part of the process, serving as a frequent tool to assist participants in establishing a deeper connection with their emotions, awakening their natural joy, and facilitating their healing. We will use it consistently throughout the seminar to achieve these goals.

What To Bring With You
Please bring a notebook and pen so that you can take notes. Dress comfortably and warm. For the ‘Sacred Music of the Heart’ Ceremony taking place on Saturday evening, please dress fully in white (or light earth tones).

Please bring a cushion to sit on the floor, and a white sheet to wrap around you and your seated area, as we will be creating a circle covered in white. You are welcome to bring a sacred object or totem that you can place in the center altar, part of Saturday evening’s ceremony.

Meals and Snacks
During the event, there will be an abundance of snacks, tea, coffee, water, and fruit available. However, please note that you will need to provide your own breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Venue & Logistics
The retreat will be held at beautiful Art Kaizen, Rua do Açúcar Nº52, 1950-009 Lisbon, Portugal.
