Personal mastery, leadership development, and spiritual growth with the heart in mind.

Tune in every Wednesday at 12 pm US EST to join us for the Global Heartstream and explore the transformative power of the heart. Whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, our weekly fireside chats and heart-coherence meditations are designed to help you tap into the power of your heart and raise your vibrational frequency.

In this week’s episode, I share my personal experience of being kidnapped and carjacked in Venezuela when I was 22 years old. I talk about how this traumatic event affected me for years afterward and how it led me to do deep, spiritual and emotional healing work. We explore why some people experience PTSD after a traumatic event while others don’t, and how we can begin to heal emotional wounds and scars through forgiveness and surrender.

During the guided meditation segment, you’ll have the opportunity to connect to your heart and become aware of any old emotional wounds or scars that may still be impacting you. With the power of compassion and unconditional love, you’ll be able to surrender any unforgiveness you may be holding on to, allowing you to feel calmer, grounded, and as if a weight has been lifted.

I hope you enjoy this week’s Heartstream and receive great value from it!

From my heart to yours,
