Please note that the seminar contribution does not include:
- Travel to Granada
- Accommodation
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Travel insurance
- Personal expenses
If you are traveling from outside Granada, especially from another country, we recommend arriving at least one day before the seminar begins so you can rest, settle in, and arrive fully present.
Need a Supported Place?
A limited number of supported places may be available for those experiencing genuine financial hardship.
If you feel deeply called to attend but cannot currently afford the early bird or standard contribution, please contact Gabriel before registering.
Supported places are limited and offered based on availability.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Your space is reserved once your payment is complete.
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
Suggested policy copy:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the seminar may receive a full refund minus any payment processing fees.
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before the seminar may receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made 14 days or less before the seminar are non-refundable, unless your place can be transferred to another participant.
- If the seminar is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund of your seminar contribution.
Travel, accommodation, and other personal expenses are not refundable by the organizer.
