He is the creator of the Heart Leader Operating System and the founder of the Heart Mastery Community. Based in Granada, Spain, Gabriel guides individuals across five continents through the journey from living in their heads to living from their hearts.

Gabriel Gonsalves is a Heart Leadership & Mastery Coach, spiritual teacher, author, and musician with nearly two decades of experience guiding individuals through the journey of heart-centered transformation. He is the creator of the Four Stages of Heart Mastery, the Heart Leader Operating System, and the founder of the Heart Mastery Community — a growing global gathering of people committed to living and leading from the heart.
Gabriel’s path to this work was forged not in theory but in the crucible of real loss, real healing, and real transformation. Growing up in Caracas, Venezuela, he built a career in the entertainment industry — performing in telenovelas and theater across Latin America. From the outside, life looked successful. Inside, something essential was missing. In 2008, the death of his mother, combined with losing his job and being mugged in South Africa, triggered the most profound crisis of his life — and the beginning of his genuine awakening.
It was in Cape Town, through working with an HIV/AIDS support organization, that his heart began to heal. During his twelve years in South Africa, Gabriel pursued ministerial studies with the Emerson Institute, established Sacred Heart Ministries, became a certified HeartMath Coach, and developed the heart-centered framework he now teaches worldwide. What began as his own healing journey evolved into the Heart Mastery framework — a comprehensive system for personal transformation, emotional healing, and heart-centered leadership that he wished had existed when he needed it most.
Gabriel’s work draws from the original teachings of Christ, the Vedas, Buddhism, Sufism, and indigenous shamanic traditions — alongside modern neurocardiology research, Dr. David R. Hawkins’s work on consciousness, and Ken Wilber’s Integral Framework. His approach is deeply spiritual but not tied to any specific religion or dogma, creating a practical path that honors all traditions while remaining accessible to everyone.
Now based in Granada, Spain — guided there by walking the Camino de Santiago — Gabriel continues to teach, write, record, and build the global Heart Space network he envisions as the crown jewel of this work: Heartland, an international retreat center where people from around the world come to heal their hearts and reconnect with themselves, others, nature, and their Divinity.
