To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, the following policy outlines the terms for refunds, cancellations, and returns across all of our offerings. Please review this information carefully before making a purchase or enrolling in a program.
Coaching Services
All coaching services are non-refundable once paid. This policy ensures clients are fully committed to the program. We encourage you to carefully consider your readiness before enrolling, as no refunds or transfers will be provided under any circumstances.
Digital Products and Online Courses
- Digital Products: Digital products, including meditations, ebooks, and downloadable courses, are non-refundable. Please review all product samples and descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
- Online Group Training Programs: Group training programs, which have a specific duration (such as 8 weeks, 12 weeks, or 9 months), include a 30-day full refund period from the date of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.
Live Events, Seminars, and Retreats
Refunds for live events, seminars, and retreats are subject to the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 29 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refunds will be issued.
Refunds for accommodation or meal costs will be determined based on the event venue’s policies. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant or apply it to a future event within 12 months, subject to availability and approval.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, travel restrictions, or venue unavailability, we reserve the right to reschedule events. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may transfer your registration to another event within 12 months or request a refund as outlined above.
Ongoing Group Coaching Programs (Mastery Circles)
- Billing: Payments for ongoing group coaching programs, such as Mastery Circles, are billed at the beginning of each month.
- Cancellation: A 30-day written notification is required to leave the group program. This ensures proper planning and maintenance of the group dynamic.
- Refund Guarantee: A 30-day money-back guarantee applies for the initial month of participation. After this period, no refunds will be issued for partially completed billing periods.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to file a claim. We will provide a replacement or resolution once the issue is verified. Claims made after 7 days of delivery cannot be processed.
Access to Course Materials
Lifetime access to course materials is included with your purchase. We are committed to maintaining availability for as long as reasonably possible. However, due to the evolving nature of online platforms, hosting services, and technology, we reserve the right to make changes to how and where course materials are accessed.
In the event of platform changes or transitions, we will make all reasonable efforts to ensure continued access to your materials, such as migrating content to a new platform. Please note that while we strive to uphold this lifetime promise, unforeseen circumstances may impact the continuity of access, and we cannot guarantee indefinite availability on any specific platform.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

- Your full name and contact information.
- Details of the purchase or program, including date of payment and receipt number.
- Reason for the refund or cancellation request.
We will review all requests in accordance with the policy outlined above and respond within five business days.
