Here is everything you need to know before we speak.
Check your inbox. A calendar invitation with the video link for our call is on its way to you now. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes, and add [email protected] to your contacts to make sure nothing gets lost.
Before we meet, I invite you to do one thing.
Find a quiet moment in the day or two before our call. Ten or fifteen minutes is enough. Sit down, get still, and come into your heart.
From that place, ask yourself honestly:
- What is the one question I most want this conversation to answer?
- What would I love to walk away knowing, feeling, or having decided?
- What is truly at stake for me if nothing changes?
You do not need polished answers. You do not need to prepare anything. Just arrive with some inner clarity about what you are really hoping for, and we will take it from there together.
What to expect on the call.
My intention is to go as deep as our time allows. I will do my best to make sure you leave with something real, whether that is clarity, direction, a new way of seeing your situation, or simply the experience of being genuinely heard.
If by the end of our conversation I feel I can truly serve you, I may share a way we could work together. If I feel I am not the right person for what you need, I will tell you honestly and point you toward something or someone I believe will. Either way, you will not leave empty-handed.
A note on our time together.
Please arrive on time and from a quiet space where you can speak freely. If something comes up and you need to reschedule, I ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance out of mutual respect for the time we have both set aside.
