Logistics & Investment

The Heart-Centered Meditation 5-part course starts on Tuesday, April 18th, 2023, at 9 am PDT, 12 pm EDT, 5 pm BST, and 6 pm CEST and SAST (see your timezone)
We’ll be meeting via Zoom on the following five consecutive Tuesdays: April 18, 25 and May 2, 9, and 16. The duration of each class is approximately one hour.  A replay of each class will be available here in case you’re unable to attend the live session.
