Only you, and you alone, have the power to create the changes in your life your heart is longing for. All you need is clarity, structure, and some kind of accountability.

To help you start the year with greater clarity, I’d like to share a seven-day process that uses the five neurological levels of change: identity, beliefs, capabilities, behaviors, and environment. Knowing that long-lasting changes happen mostly at higher levels, your chance to create the life you’ve always wanted becomes clearer.


How to Reset Your Life in 7 Days

Over the course of the following week, I will guide you through a journey of self-discovery with a series of reflective questions for each day. The process encourages you to appreciate your journey so far, initiates you to identify your heart’s deepest desires, and challenges you to make powerful choices about who you really want to be.

The intention is simple: by the end of the week, you will start taking baby steps, but this time, you’ll be moving in a whole new direction—one that truly aligns with your core values and higher purpose. As we tread this path together, let the words of Rumi inspire you: “The moment you accept what troubles you’ve been given, the door will open.”

Every new year brings us a fresh new chapter in our life, and an opportunity for a powerful reset. The first month of the year holds immense potential for introspection, self-discovery, and transformative change. It’s a time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your heart’s deepest desires. In this guide, we will embark on a seven-day journey that will help you gain greater self-awareness, make powerful choices, and reset your life from a place of love, appreciation, and alignment with your core values and higher purpose.

Before we begin, I invite you to set aside dedicated time for yourself each day, ideally a minimum of one hour, to journal and reflect on the questions and prompts provided. Find a quiet space where you can dive deep into your thoughts and emotions without distractions. This sacred time will allow you to connect with your heart’s wisdom and uncover the insights that will guide you towards personal mastery, leadership development, and spiritual growth.

Throughout this transformative journey, consider keeping a journal to document your reflections, insights, and the positive changes you observe each day. This journal can serve as a powerful tool for self-discovery and a source of motivation as you progress on your path to personal growth.

Day 1: Reflecting on Identity

1) Who am I at my core? What are my unique strengths, passions, and values that define me?

2) What roles do I play in my life, and how do they align with my authentic self?

Example: I am a mother, daughter, and teacher who enjoys expressing her love and sharing her wisdom.

3) If I were to fully step into my truest self, who would I become? How would I show up in the world?

Example: If I embraced my truest self, I would become a powerful catalyst for positive change, inspiring others through my creativity and compassion.

Day 2: Uncovering Beliefs

Today’s reflection is about beliefs that have shaped your thoughts, decisions, and actions. By recognizing and challenging limiting beliefs, you can open doors to a new realm of possibilities. Take your journal and explore the following:

1) What beliefs about myself and the world have influenced my choices in the past?

Example: I have believed that success requires sacrificing personal happiness and fulfillment.

2) Are these beliefs serving me well, or are they holding me back from realizing my true potential?

Example: These beliefs have held me back, keeping me in a cycle of discontent and unfulfillment.

3) How will developing these capabilities contribute to my personal mastery and growth?

Day 4: Cultivating Empowering Behaviors
