Description

The mystics of the Christian tradition did not primarily speak of Christ as a historical figure to be believed in. They spoke of him as a living presence to be united with — a consciousness of pure love, divine mercy, and spiritual freedom that could be entered, embodied, and expressed through an ordinary human life.

This understanding is not the exclusive property of any denomination or tradition. The Christ Consciousness — by that name or others — is recognised in every genuine wisdom lineage as the pinnacle of what a human being can become: awake to love, free from fear, in full alignment with the divine flow of life.

This series of eight guided meditations was created to bridge that ancient understanding with a contemporary practice. Each session addresses a specific dimension of Christ Consciousness — from the initial awakening to divine mercy, the prayer of the heart, healing, resurrection, and ultimately the experience of living from that consciousness as a daily reality. A bonus set of four Spanish meditations are included throughout, making the series accessible to a wider bilingual community.

You do not need to be Christian to receive what these sessions offer. You need only to be open — to love, to healing, to the possibility that what the mystics pointed toward is real, and available, and closer than you think.
